Dr Mary Gregory

Clinical Psychologist (BA(Hons), MSocSci, DipClinPsych, PhD)

I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a full member of the Australian Psychological Society.

I’ve worked in a range of settings including Adult Mental Health, Addiction Services, and Child and Youth Mental Health.  Having worked in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom I have an understanding of the different models of psychological services available in different countries and can use these to help you with your concerns.

I am client centered and believe that change comes from ongoing support and mentoring.   I am trained in a range of standard evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behaviour therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy.  I also have an interest in interpersonal neurobiology, which examines the brain in the context of attachments or relationships. I have experience in working with client’s who have complex mental health symptoms and who have experienced abuse, neglect, and complex trauma.
