Just give us your claim reference number and your claims officer's contact details. Then we can contact them and sort out the rest

One this is signed, we’ll contact you or your support coordinator to book you in for an appointment.

GP Referral: Mental Healthcare Plan
We require a copy of your Mental Healthcare Plan prior to your initial appointment.
You or your GP can send us a copy and we will contact you to book an appointment.

Health Insurance

We bill you privately and provide you with an invoice.
You can submit the invoice to your health insurance provider.
