Hello, I’m Cindy, wife, mother and clinical psychologist. As an intuitive therapist, my approach to therapy is warm and accepting (no judgements here), with a strong focus on empathy and connection. As human beings we all desire and deserve to feel connected, supported and understood, and this is what I aim to provide within the safety of the therapeutic space.

A typical session with me feels much like a conversation. I prefer to let things flow naturally and I aim to respond to the needs expressed in any given moment. I have found that flexibility is key to having a positive experience and we will work together to define what it is that you are seeking to heal or grow into.

I have experience working in many different settings and with all sorts of concerns. My passion lies in helping people to define what they desire for themselves, their relationships and their life overall and creating a pathway that allows them to achieve this, addressing any barriers that might be keeping them stuck.

In order to do so, I draw upon therapeutic modalities such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness approaches, positive psychology and trauma informed theories. I also implement other holistic approaches such as spirituality and nutritional therapy.
