“Hi, I’m Natasha.

 

I’m an experienced registered psychologist and provide support with issues such as:

Anxiety, Stress, Acute stress response & PTSD, adjustment difficulties, skill building (e.g. communication, assertiveness, problem solving, mood & emotion regulation & coping), significant life events/changes, sleep difficulties, and improving general wellbeing. 

My interventions approach is largely based in a combination of Humanism, Mindfulness, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and EMDR; each of these being evidence-based, effective, and highly versatile approaches that can be useful with many commonly presenting issues.

I’m accepting referrals for the above areas here at PsychHelp, and look forward to working alongside you to achieve your personal wellbeing goals.

* Please note that online delivery of EMDR may not be suitable for all clients/issues, and suitability is discussed/assessed throughout early sessions.

EMDR is delivered as one part of an overall therapeutic intervention and sessions may begin with some of the above mentioned approaches (humanism, CBT, mindfulness, skill building etc) in preparation for any EMDR work.”
