At PsychHelp we are able to work with clients with a range of abilities, those who are differently abled and those who are neurodiverse.  We believe all Australians should have easy access to psychological support.  All of our Psychologists are experienced in working with NDIS funded clients via telehealth. We are excited that Telehealth psychology has opened up increased opportunities for people of differing abilities to access psychological support.

 

We are happy to work with you, your support workers, case managers, support co-ordinators or plan managers to ensure you are easily able to access our service.  We also have clients who use interpreters or translators during their sessions and we can help to co-ordinate with these specialists to allow you to work with our Psychologists.  We also have chat functionality so if you have difficulties with verbal communication this can allow for easier communication.

 

We use the recommended NDIS fees and you can view information about our fees and about each of our psychologists on their profile page.   If you have NDIS funding you are welcome to book through the website, contact us on the numbers above or ask your plan manger to contact us to arrange an appointment.

 

Self Managed Clients 

If you would like to see one of our Psychologists please either contact us by phone or send through a copy of your NDIS plan. After we have received a copy of your plan we will send you a service agreement which you can review and sign. Once you have returned this to us we will contact you to book an appointment. 

 

Plan Managed Clients

If you would like your Plan Manager to make a referral to PsychHelp we need them to send us a copy of your NDIS plan.  The plan will need to include an Improved Daily Living component (CB Daily Activity) in order for you to be able to access psychological supports.  After we have received a copy of your plan we will send a service agreement to you, your plan manager or support co-ordinator which needs to be reviewed and signed. Once we have a signed copy of your service agreement we will contact you to book in an appointment. 

 

NDIS managed Clients 

We are currently unable to accept NDIA managed clients.

 

Assessments 

We are happy to discuss your assessment needs with you.  Our Psychologists do complete assessments to provide evidence for psychosocial disability and can provide reports for NDIS. Currently we do not offer assessment for Autistic Spectrum Disorders.
