Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS)
The Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) is a screening tool. It consists of 10 questions that can help you and your Psychologist get a better sense of how you are feeling.
This scale can provide you withan indication of your symptoms. You will need to see your PsychHelp Psychologist for more detailed diagnosis and treatment options. For each question, select the statement that’s closest to how you’ve felt in the past seven days.
We recommend you complete the questions with your PsychHelp psychologist. If you complete this scale and your score is 10 or higher, you should speak to your PsychHelp psychologist or a GP.
